CS Operations (student position)

As our market spans across companies of all sizes, in multiple industries and locations, the Customer Success team plays a key role in ensuring the company’s expansion.

We are looking for a bright, creative, and talented part-time CS Operations Manager student to join our growing Customer Success team. As a CS Operations Manager, you will support, manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they successfully remediate their cyber gaps based on the customer(s) needs. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with third parties to make sure they have a full understanding of what is expected of them. This includes daily calls via phone/zoom and email communication.
  • Maintain a record of all communication and progress of your work to share and update the customers (including weekly or daily syncs).
  • Assist in day-to-day customer support duties and tasks — this will include manual work (such as data input) and requires high attention to details, a mature decision-making process, and independence.
  • Follow up on communication with third parties until all tasks are completed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve open issues and various tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

  • BA student (1st year preferred).
  • Part-time position – available 2 days a week (flexible).
  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills — a must.
  • Customer-service oriented & strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a lot of patience.
  • Creative thinker with great attention to detail, who is highly organized and resourceful.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
