Director of Demand Generation

We’re looking for a world-class Director of Demand Generation to manage our lead generation efforts and turn these channels into a scalable revenue-generating machine. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, a self-starter who is highly focused on measurable growth. You’ll bring hands-on experience and a knack for strategy as the leader of the demand generation team. Role Description:

As Panorays’ Director of Demand Gen, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing outreach to our existing database through marketing automation.
  • Managing lead generation through PPC/online advertising, online and physical events, SEO, content syndication.
  • Optimizing as a lead generation channel.

The ideal candidate will be extremely entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, and requires extensive collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing as well as all parts of the Sales organization. You’ll manage a small but agile in-house team as well as industry-leading external consultants and agencies.


  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new MQLs for Panorays.
  • Nurture our existing database of leads with our in-depth content.
  • Conceptualize and test new offers.
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs and campaigns that meet MQL and SQL targets.
  • Optimize processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend.
  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to drive and promote new marketing assets (guides, videos, webinars, offers, etc.) that garner awareness and interest.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate the best next steps.

Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations – cybersecurity is a definite plus!
  • Competency in planning, implementing and measuring demand programs and campaigns across a wide variety of channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, content syndication, webinars, events, organic social, SEO, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around measuring and optimizing results and ROI.
  • Ability to model conversion funnels, lead flow, and expected pipeline.
  • Strong project, budget, and people management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing tools.
  • Native English speaker.
