We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Tel Aviv.
As a Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth by hiring excellent people. You will oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience, working closely with our Head of Talent on internal company-wide planning and initiatives related to team growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing candidates (passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, conducting HR interviews
  • Conduct HR interviews – over the phone and in-person – and convey your feedback about the cultural and personal match to the company, the team, and the position.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition and help them build remarkable teams.


  • 2-3 years experience in technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience working closely with hiring managers at different levels.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for R&D, Product, and Marketing positions.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
  • High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – A must.
