We are looking for an exceptional BDR Team Lead to manage the BDRs team. The Team Lead will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and ensuring the BDR team is successful.
What you’ll do?
- Develop best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the business development team, help to hire, onboard, train, and manage BDRs.
- Motivate BDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
- Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs.
- Training and Mentoring the sales development team for success.
- Building methodologies, infrastructure and best practices for inbound and outbound sales development in order to help the team perform at its best and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Management, Sales Operations & Enablement, and Marketing to set strategy and implement best practices across the BDR team.
