FP&A Analyst

We automate, accelerate, and scale the vendor security evaluation and management process so customers can quickly and easily manage, mitigate and remediate risk, reduce breaches, ensure supplier compliance, and improve their security across the board. Panorays is looking for someone to join the growing FP&A team and take part in the company’s rapidly growing future by helping to enable data-based decision-making, financial forecasting & key-metrics monitoring.

The FP&A analyst will have a significant impact on the business by helping to push the company’s strategy forward. You will:

• Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analyses.
• Monitor the company’s financial and operational KPIs.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and models to help support the decision-making process of management and business partners.
• Translate complex data into easy-to-understand actionable strategies & follow through on implementation.
• A key part of the annual budget & ARR-modeling process.
• Establish, maintain & improve on methods & models to ensure continuous quality and improved analysis.

• B.A. / B.Sc. in economics, industrial engineering, statistics, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience as an FP&A/BA in technology companies, preferably SAAS companies.
• Analytical mind with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Strong ability to communicate, collaborate and influence others.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable follow-throughs.
• Excel & PowerPoint expert.
• Highly motivated with a positive approach.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under tight schedules.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Experience with Salesforce & NetSuite (an advantage).
