Marketing Operations Manager

Role Description:

As Panorays’ Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for the marketing technology stack that supports all of the Marketing, including Hubspot, as well as lead management in SFDC, among other tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will be extremely independent, with a strong track record of managing marketing ops for SaaS companies. This position reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation and requires extensive collaboration within the team as well as other parts of the organization. You’ll manage a small but agile in-house team as well as industry-leading external consultants and agencies when necessary.


  • Own and scale the marketing technology infrastructure, systems, and tools, to enable the entire Marketing organization to better segment, target, and engage with prospects and customers. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Lead qualification
    • Lead management
    • Lead scoring
    • Lead nurturing
  • Track leads through the qualification process to ensure proper handling by SDRs.
  • Design, implement and monitor core marketing processes, e.g. Hubspot workflows.
  • Help create the most efficient and scalable processes and automation to accelerate marketing execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Leverage Hubspot for full-funnel reporting across lead sources and mediums.

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a global marketing operations function.
  • Project and program management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, SalesForce, WordPress would be an advantage.
  • Creative problem solver with strong motivation to get things done. Can bring new ideas and to systems and processes to support business requirements and to drive efficiency.
  • Leadership skills but also a great team player.
  • Attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Native/ fluent  English speaker.
  • Maintain a good and positive relationship with sales operations.
  • Fast learner.
