About the Role
Panorays is looking for a creative and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and execute our global field marketing programs both in-person and virtual. You’ll be a key member of our growing marketing team, working closely with our GTM teams to create meaningful, results-driven experiences that drive pipeline and increase brand awareness.
This role covers the full scope of online and offline events, including industry conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and customer meetups. You’ll take ownership of planning and execution while ensuring every event is aligned with business goals and delivers clear value.
*This is a hybrid position based in Tel Aviv, with occasional travel to industry events across EMEA and the US.
- Plan, manage, and execute global field marketing programs, including industry trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, customer gatherings, and webinars.
- Build integrated multi-channel campaigns around each event to maximize engagement and funnel impact.
- Collaborate with Sales and regional leaders to align event strategy with business objectives and pipeline goals.
- Manage all event logistics: vendor coordination, giveaways, promotional materials, branding, and budgets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to amplify content and extend event impact pre-, during, and post-event.
- Track and analyze performance, report on ROI, and apply insights to future events.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to increase Panorays’ visibility and credibility.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Proven ability to run end-to-end event programs that connect to pipeline and brand goals.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for creating high-impact experiences.
