Marketing Operations Manager

Panorays is dedicated to eliminating third-party security risks so that companies worldwide can quickly and securely do business together. We automate, accelerate, and scale the vendor security evaluation and management process so customers can quickly and easily manage, mitigate and remediate risk, reduce breaches, ensure supplier compliance and improve their security across the board.

We are looking for our second member of the marketing operations team at Panorays. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, a self-starter who is highly focused on achieving results. You’ll bring hands-on experience and a knack for thinking through solutions. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.   • Manage our marketing technology platforms (HubSpot among others).
  • Monitor campaigns and related process performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitoring and analyzing ongoing campaign results to deliver guidance based on insights and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns in order to increase leads generation, requested demos submission, and conversion rates. 
  • Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content,   
  • CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
  • You will identify new opportunities for lead nurturing and a new lead scoring mechanism. 
  • Ensuring integrations are working seamlessly.
  • You’ll be working closely with our sales team to optimize the lead sales cycle and build a lead scoring system with suggestions to the sales team.
  • Researching technology to improve our processes.


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation- b2b experience is mandatory·
  • Experience with marketing automation /email marketing platforms such as Hubspot / Marketo / Pardot or similar (Preferably HubSpot).
  • Experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and creating reports and dashboards to support critical business decisions.
  • Experience with lead nurturing funnel management.
  • Experience with task management platforms like Monday/ClickUp/Asana (preferred).
    Proficient at Excel.
  • Native/Very Good English.
