About the Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in Israel and EMEA. This hands-on leadership role includes managing Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers in Israel, driving sales strategy and execution for the region, and meeting both individual and team quotas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Lead and manage the sales team in Israel, including hiring, training, and developing Account Executives.
- Own the regional sales strategy for Israel and Europe, driving execution to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Actively manage the full sales cycle for key enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing, while mentoring the team on effective sales techniques.
- Develop and implement new sales processes and best practices to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Drive individual and team quota attainment by aligning sales activities with company goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in direct enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and developing sales teams, including setting and exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity space, including certifications, regulatory requirements, and GRC frameworks.
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, ROI-based value propositions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Experience implementing and optimizing sales processes and methodologies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A hands-on leader with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, who thrives in a dynamic startup culture.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence at the executive level.
