Talent Acquisition Manager

 

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team in Tel Aviv. As a Talent Acquisition you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth by hiring excellent people. The Panorays platform enables companies to easily view, manage and engage in the security posture of their third-parties, vendors, suppliers, and business partners. The platform inherently combines a continuous hacker’s view of the evaluated company together with internal policy enforcement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing process, including draft and review job processes, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Use and develop sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns to track down passive candidates and attract talent to Panorays.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in a Tech company (preferably a start-up).
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for R&D, Product and Marketing positions.
  • High level of English – both written and verbal.
