The Head of Human Resources will oversee all routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department in a growing startup. You will be a trusted partner to improve existing systems and implement new ideas. We focus on building strategic partnerships, improving company-wide effectiveness, and harnessing a diverse and supportive environment.

About The Role:

  • Support the organization’s hyper-growth recruiting and build the foundations allowing the organization to succeed.
  • Work to maintain a positive startup culture as the company grows and oversee employee life cycles.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
  • Researches, develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.


  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, at least 3+ of them are in a management role.
  • Fast-growing startups experience – must.
  • Experience in a global environment/scaling teams – a plus.
  • Demonstrates HR experience as a strategic, senior leadership partner.
  • Comfortable using advanced executive coaching techniques to make recommendations across opposing and equally critical business needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders, managers, and peers. You are a strong influencer and collaborator.
  • Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking as a state of mind.
  • Outstanding track record in building HR teams at scale.
  • Ability to use metrics and analytics.
  • Willingness to work hard to support a fast-growing organization internationally.
