About You
- Hands-On Systems Management- You take full ownership of GTM systems, proactively managing Salesforce, integrations, and automations to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing platforms.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications Manager to own and scale our revenue-critical GTM systems. This role is responsible for administering, optimizing, and continuously improving the GTM tech stack to ensure strong system performance, scalable automation, and high data integrity across the revenue organization.
The role requires strong ownership and independent execution, close collaboration with Revenue Operations leadership, and a proactive approach to system architecture, automation, and integrations, with the goal of reducing reliance on external agencies.
This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.
- Own the company’s GTM technology stack with Salesforce as the primary CRM.
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, flows, automations, validation rules, layouts, permissions, and security.
- Design and implement scalable system solutions that support Sales, Channels, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Own data strategy, hygiene, governance, and lifecycle management across all GTM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliable data flows between integrated platforms.
- Manage integrations, monitor sync health, and troubleshoot system and data issues independently.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, automations, and processes.
- Own operational management of GTM tools, including CRM, sales engagement, workflow automation, and customer success platforms.
- Lead operational onboarding of new tools and manage vendor relationships, support tickets, and upgrades.
- Translate business requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Experience & Skills
- Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Applications, Salesforce Management, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.
- Proven ability to independently design, build, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation (Flows, validation rules, integrations).
- Hands-on experience with automation/integration tools (Workato, n8n, Make/Integromat) – strong advantage.
- Experience with REST API and managing 3rd-party integrations.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, or similar platforms – Must.
- Strong understanding of data governance, system scalability, and data integrity principles.
- Experience managing vendor relationships operationally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with LLM & Gen AI solutions such as n8n or similar – a big advantage.
- Salesforce “Certified Administrator” certification – preferred.
