About the Role

We are seeking a bright, creative, and talented part-time CS Technical Operations student to join our Customer Success team. This part-time role is perfect for a student who is tech-savvy, organized, and enjoys working with data and processes.

You will support our customers and third parties, help manage operational tasks, and contribute to automating and improving workflows. The role combines communication, technical work, and hands-on operational support.

  • Manage and optimize operational workflows across teams and systems.
  • Assist with day-to-day CS tasks, including manual data updates and questionnaire management.
  • Help improve processes and support technical operations by performing data analysis and writing scripts in Python or JavaScript, as well as using Excel and SQL.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards according to customer requirements.
  • Communicate directly with customers via email to provide technical assistance, clarify data-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of operational requests.
  • Work with tools like Excel, Jira, Retool, SQL, Looker, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support projects.

Experience & Skills

  • BA / BSC student (1st or 2nd year preferred).
  • Part-time position – available at least 2 days a week (flexible).
  • Experience in operations, data analysis, or a technical support role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing datasets.
  • Basic Python knowledge for data manipulation and process automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English – a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer success platforms.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or technology company.
