ISG Ltd (Interior Services Group) was a UK-based construction and engineering services company headquartered in London. Founded in 1989, ISG specialized in fit-out, construction, and engineering solutions for commercial, retail, and public sector clients. The firm operated across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia before entering administration in September 2024, one of the largest collapses in the British construction industry se Carillion. The company oversaw more than 600 active projects, luding large-scale UK public sector developments valued at over £1.8 billion. ISG’s past clients luded major banks, data center operators, and government agencies. The firm was taken private in 2016 by U.S.-based investment company Cathexis, which had previously been a significant shareholder. ISG’s revenue peaked at £2.6 billion in 2019 before declines during the pandemic and subsequent liquidity challenges led to insolvency proceedings.
