Panorays LinkedIn Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

Participation is open to individuals who comment on the designated Panorays LinkedIn post.

2. Prize:

One (1) participant will be selected, to receive a premium tablet (the “Prize”). Panorays reserves the right to modify or replace the Prize with an item of equal or greater value at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Panorays will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery of the Prize to the selected participant’s country of residence. However, if such delivery is not feasible due to legal, logistical, or other practical limitations, Panorays reserves the right to select an alternative recipient.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered in any circumstances.

Panorays makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Prize, including but not limited to its condition, suitability, or availability in the recipient’s jurisdiction.

3. Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly chosen from all valid entries, at Panorays’ sole discretion and based on criteria determined internally. Panorays will announce the winner by replying to the participant’s comment and/or via LinkedIn direct message. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, Panorays reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Publicity Release:

By entering, participants grant Panorays an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, share, and publish their name, LinkedIn handle, and comment across any media or platform for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. No Obligation or Liability:

Participation is entirely voluntary and does not entitle participants to any payment, compensation, or other legal claim of any kind. Panorays assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

6. Right to Use Content:

By commenting on the post, participants grant Panorays the unrestricted right to reproduce, share, and publish the content of the post and its responses (including the participant’s name and comment) across any media or platform for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Additional Notes:

  • Panorays reserves the right to cancel, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • No purchase, engagement, or business relationship is required to participate.

  • By participating in the campaign, you confirm that you have reviewed your internal company policies and verified that your participation is permitted. If you are uncertain about your eligibility or have any doubts regarding your company’s rules, you should not participate.
  • Employees of Panorays, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members may participate in the campaign for engagement purposes; however, they are not eligible to receive the Prize.
